On reaching Café Neo which is located two minutes away from the dadar beach we greated by the owners Chemmeen and Hemanshu.

We were captivated by how beautiful the set up was outside. The faux grass and flowers gave a very beautiful vibe to the place.

The seats are made of wood and the set up screams summer. And yes it’s totally insta worthy! On walking up the stairs we entered the cafe and were really impressed with the pink and white decor, the place was well lit and the set up where you could see the chefs preparing your dessert was amazing.

As we entered the place our eyes instantly fell on very new flavour addition to their well known desserts, Mango! The chefs Vinit, Sandesh and Aavesh prepared for us their mango crepe which was warm and was filled with mango and whipped cream and topped with a drizzle of mango syrup. Every bite of the crepe was mango goodness. If you love mango or anything mango we highly recommend this dessert.

Next for us were the pancakes. To our surprise they were heart shaped red velvet pancakes which also had chocolate chips inside them! Hemanshu and chemmeen are generous enough to let you create a serving with all pancake flavours! They’ll give you 2 pancakes of each flavour so your taste buds can decide which one would you go for the next time you’re here and oh you’re going to have a hard time deciding.

In the heart of the city @kala ghoda cafe

Fort & Kalaghoda have an old Bombay charm which have so many gorgeous streets to explore with architecture of each building being so unique . Inspite of spending 19 years in BOMBAY , the city has so much to offer , so much unseen to give you a wanderlust . I walked streets , spotted beautiful corners , buildings & some amazing plant nursery which is so unknown and maintained by small houses who do a bit of agriculture . Coming to the cafes , there are such nice small places to refresh you right along with some fresh organic food . Kalaghoda cafe is a tiny place with barely six tables , but they have some amazing fresh food ! I loved their organic iced tea . The fresh waffles with chocolate sauce are great too . Hot chocolate latte is also devouring . They have pancakes & salads too . I love their grilled spinach tomato cheese sandwich made from whole wheat bread .
