Novotel is an expression of bombay . It’s by the famous Juhu Beach yet beholding it’s tranquility . Having a pool right by the beach gains advantage I went there for my Sunday brunch .
There was live music going on by the pool with the hot aroma of kebabs and a little bar I had my mocktail and chilled on the hammock . Brunches are usually filled with lots lots lots of food
They had a gujju spread too from dhokla to patra to gathiya. I chose salads as they had teamed different ingredients. I really liked the simple Hakka noodles too .
The waffle had an egg aftertaste so didn’t like it so much .
Mains also had chicken , pizzas , pastas and all Coming to desserts , they had a widespread My pick : rasmalai
Also the lemon Meringue cake was uniquely good
I also liked the raspberry chocolate cake and tiramisu chocolate cup !
And wait , saving the best for the last . They also had cake mixing Imagine putting all of that crazy alcohol and mixing it with the dry fruits !
Damn ! Overall it’s good for a leisure brunch in Bombay , specially for the view that it offers !
