The pret a plate festival is all about small plates and an opportunity for trying and experimenting variety of food ! A heaven for the non vegetarians , there is lots for vegetarian too ! Loved their stir fry the most 😍
They have sushi, nilgiri, main combos and what not !
Try their festival ongoing till June 30th

Pret a Plate festival is all about showcasing authentic delicacies with modern twist at the lemon leaf . A workshop by chef Melvin was conducted. Inspite of rains , it is still summery . Salads just act as refresher . He showed us to make 4 different salads and they were so simple to make yet so healthy . My favorite one was watermelon , spinach and red amarnath. It’s made so simply yet so fresh and authentic !

To start with the tempered basil and corn soup was just creamy enough . Loved the twist of adding pop corn on top
Appetisers : cream cheese stuffed baby potatoes 🥔 were so soft and melt in the mouth . Also the tamarind tofu was just cooked well and tofu was soft

Further tried the tofu cottage cheese tartarine chips . They were nachos chips topped with tofu

Asparagus bamboo sticks dumplings were a bit bland .
I cannot comment how a sushi tastes being a vegetarian. But the vegetarian one was ok !

Nilgiri was something different and tasted great with the wasabi sauce . I tried the roasted peppers and cream cheese one .
In the mains , had the geunchang marinated tofu and bok Choy with celery rice 🍚
It tasted so yummmy and wholesome !
My most favourite dish from the evening was the stir fry . Loved every bit of it ♥ . Perfectly cut vegetables, beautiful sauce and slippery noodles summed my dish .

Coming to the desserts , had the soil . It is so chocolatey and delicious.

Try their festival asap . You wouldn’t wana miss out !
