The #LatinAmerican inspired Tapas Bar offering bits of the cuisine from there along with special #Peruvian Cuisine is unique from the mundane bars . The bar has a wonderful seating arrangement and with vibrant colors inspired from America & Tango Twist is a delight .
#ChefAtulKocchar, a London based eminent chef has done wonders . Although I being a vegetarian there was much to savour on . The yukka chips , the churrasco corn on the cob were great for starters . The mushroom cheviche is delicious . Even the papaya , shallots ,micro greens based dish is great . The dessert was the best with the chocolate ganche having 70% chocolate 30%orange filling .
