Fine dine for you @The Clearing House

Fine dining is a passion for well crafted food, exotic ingredients , excellent service & elegant decor . The Clearing House at Fort, is beautiful and unique for the kind of ingredients and dishes they serve while you enjoy and take pleasure in each bite . It appeals to a very different food palette and for someone who is open to a different experience than here it is .
For the entree –
Quinoa salad with maple roasted pumpkin and cranberry
Baked burrata- tomato thyme , basil pesto and olive tapenade . The cheese in the centre is terrifying !
Edamame and chestnuts dimsum with Parmesan broth . It’s a subtle dimsum and the broth makes it extraordinary
Viatnamese rice paper rolls , a very delicate and light dish stuffed with vegetables.
Next was the Korean mushroom and Tofu Tacos ๐ŸŒฎ- A heaven for the tofu lovers
Basil polenta fries – Can be missed at this place , nothing so out of the world
Truffle Parmesan Fries – oh Truffle ! Nuff said

Drinks – the Ed harvest drink was the best with green apple bits and unique refreshing taste , this drink is a must . The berry one was okayish and normal .

Main Course –
Asparagus and Pea risotto with baby spinach and zest ; giving a miss to the staple sun riped tomatoes ; this again has a unique taste .
Saffron and goat cheese ravioli , pine nuts & red pepper sauce – oh Goat cheese ravioli with that saffron sauce ๐Ÿ˜
Rice tortellini , mushrooms consumee ; tofu & vegetable noodles . Udon noodles
Baked filo – artichoke !

Desserts :
Apple file with brown butter icecream and cranberry compote (eggless)
